Commercial Office Buildout - Tower Engineering
Large-scale commercial office buildout for Tower Engineering, transforming an open floor plate into a fully partitioned professional workspace. Scope included extensive metal-stud framing, drywall, suspended ceilings, and complete mechanical, electrical, and lighting rough-in across private offices, conference rooms, corridors, and open work areas.
The Challenge
Dividing a large open commercial floor into a functional office layout on a tight schedule, while coordinating framing, drywall, ceiling grid, electrical, and HVAC trades simultaneously across the entire space and meeting commercial building codes.
Our Solution
Kletz Contracting sequenced the work floor-by-area, laying out and framing all partitions first, then running rough-ins before closing walls and hanging the suspended ceiling grid. Careful trade coordination kept the multi-room buildout moving efficiently from open shell to finished, move-in-ready office space.
